My mission in bodywork is to help fix problems and help you move better! Through intuitive analysis and a combination of techniques, I aim to personalize each body treatment to your exact needs. Through Deep Tissue, Myofacial, Swedish, Cupping and Stretching modalities, I will help you live in your body with more ease and less pain as early as our first session. I will work with you to create a unique session plan to address problem areas and increase your range of motion.

My grandma Frances was an exceptional woman, but she needed help. A child of the depression who fastidiously took care of herself, she found herself in a bind. The assisted living home she ended up in wasn’t taking care of her hands and feet the way they needed, and I was her next line of help. She was my first client, and the first one to show me how important nail care is, especially as we age. I bring a level of dignity to nail care, as I am here to help, not to judge.

Frances loved herbs, teas, and all things holistic wellness. It is in this that I carry on with my apothecary, rooted in long practiced traditions of herbal wellness. Whether it is a self care ritual, massage or a nail appointment, wellness and care are waiting to come to your door.
